I believe we all have a capacity for healing and growth within us. I see my role in the therapy journey as a co-guide, along with my clients, as we move through the inner story together. I pair this belief with a practical approach of identifying where new skills or narratives can emerge & flourish. I work with clients to put these skills into practice in their daily lives while deepening understanding of themselves & others. Clients have described me as direct, knowledgeable, humorous & intuitive!

Step One
Intro Call
Text or email Colleen to schedule a 20-min introductory call where you can share a little about your interest in beginning therapy. I speak candidly about my therapy style and process, and from there we'll decide together if we seem to be a good fit for continuing.

Step Two
Intake Session
In our first session(s) together we'll go over paperwork and develop a good foundation of your world before diving into the work. In this session I'll ask about your family, major events in your life, your relationships and generally get a feel for how you cope with stress (or not!) as well as how you experience the indicators that led you to therapy.

Step Three
Begin the Journey
Once we have a good baseline to move forward from, we will align on your treatment goals. I'll develop a treatment plan for you to review, always in collaboration with you, and from there - we'll begin the journey. Together!
